Job Description:

Invoice Processing
Process approved and coded Invoices
Process manually approved and coded invoices
Match invoice to purchase order where applicable or, Match invoice to contract where applicable or,Where no purchase order or contract exists, ensure appropriate approvals
Ensure approval workflows are in accordance with the client signing authority policies
Submit completed recurring payment form with appropriate
Vendor Management
Process approved and coded Invoices
Process manually approved and coded invoices
Match invoice to purchase order where applicable or, ensure approval workflows are in accordance with the client signing authority policies
Submit completed recurring payment form with appropriate backup and approval backup
