- The Helpdesk Associate support the work activities of handling 1st level support calls from all ZS Offices worldwide and maintaining a user environment consisting of laptop and desktop computers running the standard suite of business applications.
- Trouble shooting related problems over phone and remotely
- Complete some administrative tasks, such as tracking help desk call process, assisting with organizational efforts and asset management
- Working in shifts.
- IT team projects as assigned.
