Job Description :
- We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with 0 to 4 of experience for our Hyderabad center.
- Our customer service representatives answer the phones to respond to the general customer inquiries, concerns, complaints and arrange the service requested by the customer by projecting a professional company image through phone interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving calls from customers based out of US
- Solving queries and concerns on the call
- Arranging for any service required by the Customer
- Provide Customer with product and service information
- Sell Products to eligible Customers
- Up sell Products and Services
- Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve
Mandatory Documents For Interview:
- Walk-in with an updated resume and a photo ID proof
- ID proof is a mandate to gain entrance into the vicinity
