Description:
- She/he is also responsible to organize, manage and maintain data for entire Tax (Historic & Current).
- She/he will also work with other Resource Coordinators/Team members in the team to confirm if the sub-service line details extracted from GFIS are complete and up to date to ensure he/she reports accurate numbers.
- Data dump extraction from GFIS and send out data dumps within RM team to confirm on IN charged hours, standard available hours) & send hours charged to suspense codes and follow up on missing time-sheets, etc
- Proactively identify any mismatch in MIS reports reported by RM team and other teams, and bring this up to the attention of RM leadership.
- Actively look for ways to improve format, content and automate reports wherever possible.
- Come up with new reports/analysis to highlight and report variances, trend analysis with support of Seniors/Leads
- Meet and exceed client expectations by knowing the client, understanding their requirements clearly and providing exceptional service.
- Manage and maintain entire Tax data both Historical & Current to facilitate quick turn around on any ad-hoc reports and otherwise
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS reports and dashboards for the external users and Tax Leadership.
- Prepare and Send other ad-hoc reports.
- Focus on TAT, SLA and service delivery and timely completion of requests.
