- Assist Recruitment Function and Hiring managers in hiring process that includes: Sourcing, scheduling & coordinating interviews.
- Preparing offer letters, Hiring Reports & Dashboards.
- Provide support & coordinate the operational tasks in Campus Hiring.
- Ensure & maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
- Manage the recruitment process for contract staffing via vendors
- Prepare documentation for orientation session.
- Manage day to day queries on recruiting.
- Maintaining and tracking employee referral database.
- Manage Induction formalities.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation program
- Any other task as required.
