* We have Customer Support requirement for Bangalore location for both Freshers & Experienced resources as well.
* Diploma/Graduate in any discipline
* Excellent spoken English communication skills
* Voice based process and involves night shifts
* Ability to handle people courteously and effectively in difficult situations
* Customer service oriented skills
* Basic understanding of Internet
