- Previous work experience in a similar role utilizing the required skills
Job Description:
- Carry out base monitoring and control of components used on all agreed platform or networks
- Log of events and case registration of incidents occurred in operations
- Carry out event and incident localisation/resolution/escalation in accordance with given instructions
- Interact with Service Delivery, Service Desk, Service Runtime Management and Infrastructure Production.
- Authorized to make commitments that falls within the scope described in the "Individual Job Description" agreed with the Line Manager and/or any other contract /directive effective in the specific infrastructure area.
