- Candidate should be ready to work in 24X7 environment

- Ready to provide customer service to gaming customers
- Should have some knowledge of games
- Should have technical knowledge preferably B.Sc. (IT), BCA or equivalent
- Should be excellent in written English
- Should be good in comprehension
- Should be interactive and focused on rapport building
- Should have a positive attitude and can-do approach
- Should value integrity
- Should be ready to abide by Organization Policies
- Ready to work on various projects as per client requirement
- Preferably a graduate
- Should have solution oriented approach
